Policy of Return & Refunds
We do not have ready stock of the products you ordered. After you order, we deliver the products directly from the seller to your door, so we cannot offer refunds or returns except in very limited circumstances.
Product Delivery Process:
Our products are shipped via various channels such as China Local Courier, by Air, and by Sea. Additionally, the Customs and Excise Department may open cartons to inspect the products, which could lead to damage or breakage. In such cases, we take customer complaints very seriously and strive to resolve any issues promptly.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Record a video when unboxing the product: If the product is broken or damaged, you must submit a claim within 2 days of receiving the product, along with a photo or video of the damage.
- If the received product does not match the item listed on the site: After receiving the product, if it does not match the description provided on the website.
- If the size or color does not match your order: Please note that a 10%-15% color variation may occur due to lighting and resolution differences, which will not be considered for a refund.
- No warranty is provided for electronic products: However, if the product arrives damaged, a refund will be processed according to the policy.
- If a refund is issued: We will process your refund within 10 working days.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address: If the address provided is incorrect, we will not issue a return or refund.
- If you no longer want or like the product: After the product arrives at the Bangladesh warehouse, if you decide you do not like it or do not need it, returns will not be accepted.
- If the Customs Department inspects and damages the product: Any damage caused by customs inspection will not be eligible for return.
- If the product has been delivered from the supplier’s warehouse: Once the product is delivered from the supplier's warehouse, returns are not possible. If you wish to return the product while it is in our warehouse, you must cover the costs of shipping it back to the supplier and the supplier's shipment fees.
- If the air shipment exceeds 40 days or the sea shipment exceeds 90 days: Refunds will be issued conditionally in such cases.
Door-to-Door Delivery Terms
- Miss declaration: If there is a miss declaration, the customer will be fully responsible for the product.
- Warehouse Quality Check: Your purchased products will not be quality-checked (QC) at our warehouse.
- Direct Supplier Orders: If the products sent by your chosen supplier are incorrect in quantity or type, we are not responsible for that.
Returns will not be applicable in any case:
- If you do not notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the color of the actual product differs from the product image on the website due to the display color of the computer or phone.
- 1-4 inch variation in size.
- If not satisfied with product quality.
- When the product is used.
Conditions of return:
- Returned product must be unused, product cannot be washed in any way.
- Only fashion products can be given a trial after but they cannot be fried or smoked in any way.
- The product must have the original tag, user manual, warranty card and all accessories included.
- The product must be carefully returned in the original packet or box provided by the supplier. with the shipping level. In no way should tape or stickers be used on the box provided by the supplier.
How to apply for refund/return ?
- First your login to your account. Then click on My Order option from there.
- From there select the order you want to refund/return and click on the Manage Order button.
- Then select the product you want to refund/return and fill the refund/return form accurately.
- In case of return, carefully pack the product you want to return in the original and good packaging provided by the supplier.
- If your address is in Dhaka, you can come to our office and return the product yourself or send it by courier to our address. On the other hand, if your address is outside Dhaka, you can send the product to our address by courier.
- Before sending goods from Dhaka or outside Dhaka, we must be informed by phone or email. In both cases you have to courier the product at your own cost and responsibility. We are not responsible for product loss or damage in courier.
